Welcome to the CASTOworks WEB site.  I specialize in fine properties throughout the state of Maryland and internationally in Costa Rica, Belize and the Honduran Bay Islands.  This site is for my friends and clients who would like to know more about the Real Estate world, its market conditions and what to expect when involved in a real estate transaction.  CASTOworks is for both the seller and the buyer and does not discriminate against the adventuress soul who wants to do it themselves, commonly known as the FSBO or For Sale By Owner.  After all when you really think about it everyone is a FSBO because only the owner of the property can sell his or her bundle of rights known as real estate. 

Real estate agents are professionals who specialize in the Real Estate market, are familiar with the laws and regulations that make up a legal real estate transaction and make the complicated process go smoothly.
